Alan Cary

Alan Cary is a New York–based wire sculptor, videographer, and AI-driven content creator whose work transforms reclaimed metal and everyday materials into immersive, multisensory installations designed to heal, uplift, and rewire perception. Drawing on a background as a trained operatic tenor, he composes sculptural “scores” that fuse rhythm, structure, and anatomy with neuroscience-informed design, inviting viewers to feel the work as much as they see it. Cary has exhibited labor‑intensive wire sculptures in multiple shows and extends his practice through WRAP, a nonprofit that uses recycled art and education to connect communities with environmental stewardship. Balancing studio work with his role at Andrew Simon Agency, he also crafts AI-enhanced video narratives that bridge fine art, sustainability, and emerging technology.
